SMS / Text Messaging Program

Frolkin & Sons offers SMS text messaging to communicate with customers about service requests and appointments. Participation is always optional.

Consent and opt-in

You may opt in to receive text messages from Frolkin & Sons when you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text - for example, when you call our office, submit a request on our website, or provide your number to a member of our team while scheduling service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages and frequency

Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, service follow-ups, and responses to your questions. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Frolkin & Sons does not charge for text messages.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share mobile information

Mandatory disclosure

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontracted service providers (such as our messaging or scheduling platform) that help us operate the SMS program, and only as needed to deliver these messages.
